(11) $39,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 1 year 2022 and $39,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 2 fiscal year 2023 are provided solely for one full-time mental health 3 counselor licensed under chapter 18.225 RCW who has experience and 4 training specifically related to working with active members of the 5 military or military veterans. 6 (12) $7,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 7 year 2022 is provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 8 Substitute House Bill No. 1273 (menstrual products/schools). 9 (13) $236,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 10 year 2022 and $220,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 11 fiscal year 2023 are provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 12 Second Substitute Senate Bill No. 5227 (diversity, etc./higher 13 education). 14 (14) $158,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 15 year 2023 is provided solely for institution compensation costs in 16 recognition that these costs exceed estimated increases in 17 undergraduate operating fee revenue. 18 (15) $142,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 19 year 2023 is provided solely for student mental health and wellness. 20 The amount provided in this subsection must be used to supplement, 21 not supplant, other funding sources for the program. 22 (16) $196,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 23 year 2023 is provided solely for additional laboratory, art, and 24 media lab sections. 25 (17) $600,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 26 year 2023 is provided solely to develop and expand current 27 corrections education programs offered in department of corrections 28 facilities. The college shall appoint a project implementation team, 29 collaborate with stakeholders to plan student success programs and 30 curriculum which lead to transferable credit, associate and 31 bachelor's degrees, and other workforce credentials, and train 32 faculty and staff on working with incarcerated populations. 33 (18) $100,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 34 year 2023 is provided solely for implementation of chapter 329, Laws 35 of 2021 (Substitute House Bill No. 1223) (custodial interrogations). 36 (19) $27,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 37 year 2023 is provided solely for implementation of Second Substitute 38 p. 1357 ESSB 5187.SL
