If the bill is not enacted by 1 June 30, 2022, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse. 2 (16) $191,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 3 year 2023 is provided solely for implementation of Substitute House 4 Bill No. 1725 (missing indigenous persons). If the bill is not 5 enacted by June 30, 2022, the amount provided in this subsection 6 shall lapse. 7 (17) $330,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 8 year 2023 is provided solely for implementation of Substitute House 9 Bill No. 1735 (peace officers/use of force). If the bill is not 10 enacted by June 30, 2022, the amount provided in this subsection 11 shall lapse. 12 (((20))) (18) $441,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 13 for fiscal year 2023 is provided solely for the department to process 14 the backlog of court orders and dispositions.
