If the bill is not 8 enacted by June 30, 2022, the amount provided in this subsection 9 shall lapse. 10 (k) $1,930,000 of the coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund— 11 federal appropriation is provided solely for expenses incurred in 12 response to the COVID-19 pandemic during fiscal year 2022. 13 (l) $29,733,000 of the general fund—federal appropriation (CRF) 14 is provided solely for COVID-19 related payroll and benefit 15 expenditures that were incurred between July 1, 2021, and December 16 31, 2021, for public safety and health employees whose services are 17 presumed to be substantially dedicated to responding to the COVID-19 18 public health emergency.
