authority must provide a report to the office of financial management 1 and the appropriate committees of the legislature providing data on 2 the demand and utilization of this facility by June 30, 2023. 3 (72))) $300,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 4 fiscal year 2022 and $300,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 5 for fiscal year 2023 are provided solely for the authority to 6 continue the University of Washington's project extension for 7 community health care outcomes (ECHO) for: 8 (a) Telecommunication consultation with local physicians to 9 discuss medications appropriate to patients who have developmental 10 disabilities and behavioral issues; and 11 (b) Training to both behavioral health and developmental 12 disabilities professionals to support individuals with both 13 developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. 14 (((73) $1,991,000)) (72) $2,104,000 of the general fund—federal 15 appropriation and (($1,147,000)) $1,260,000 of the general fund—local 16 appropriation are provided solely for supported housing and 17 employment services described in initiative 3a and 3b of the 1115 18 demonstration waiver and this is the maximum amount that may be 19 expended for this purpose. Under this initiative, the authority and 20 the department of social and health services shall ensure that 21 allowable and necessary services are provided to eligible clients as 22 identified by the authority or its providers or third party 23 administrator. The department and the authority in consultation with 24 the medicaid forecast work group, shall ensure that reasonable 25 reimbursements are established for services deemed necessary within 26 an identified limit per individual. The authority shall not increase 27 general fund—state expenditures above appropriated levels for this 28 specific purpose. The secretary in collaboration with the director of 29 the authority shall report to the joint select committee on health 30 care oversight no less than quarterly on financial and health 31 outcomes. The secretary in cooperation with the director shall also 32 report to the fiscal committees of the legislature the expenditures 33 of this subsection and shall provide such fiscal data in the time, 34 manner, and form requested by the legislative fiscal committees. 35 (((74))) (73)(a) $150,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 36 for fiscal year 2022 is provided solely for the authority to convene 37 a work group to develop a recommended teaching clinic enhancement 38 rate for behavioral health agencies training and supervising students 39 p. 1032 ESSB 5187.SL
