EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT: BASIC / FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS INSTRUCTION Description of the component. Provide a summary of the activities and services. Basic Education includes high school or equivalent educational programs and remedial education programs to achieve a basic literacy level. Basic Education includes instructional training in math, English, computer literacy, or other subjects that provide direct skills attainment for employability.
