Medically needy (G95/G99)
The income standard used to determine eligibility for these benefits under the medically needy (MN) program is based on the private facility rate based on a thirty-one day month plus $38.84. If the income exceeds the MN standard, the excess is used to determine the individual's spenddown liability.
