12.06 Vermont Premium Reduction eligibility criteria

An individual is eligible for the Vermont Premium Reduction if the individual: Meets the requirements for eligibility for enrollment in a QHP, as specified in § 11.00; Meets the requirements for APTC, as specified in this § 12.00; and Is expected to have household income, as defined in § 28.05(c), that does not exceed 300 percent of the FPL for the benefit year for which coverage is requested.
