AHS will periodically examine the available data sources described in § 56.01. For QHP enrollees: This periodic examination will be to identify the following changes: Death; and For an individual on whose behalf APTC or CSR is being provided, eligibility for or enrollment in Medicare or Medicaid.157 (b) AHS may make additional efforts to identify and act on other changes that may affect an individual’s eligibility for enrollment in a health-benefits program or in a QHP, provided that such efforts: Would reduce the administrative costs and burdens on individuals while maintaining accuracy and minimizing delay, and that applicable requirements with respect to the confidentiality, disclosure, maintenance, or use of such information will be met; and Comply with the standards specified in § 73.05(b).158
