7.02 Nonfinancial criteria

Eligibility Standards Part 2 – Page 2 (Sec.7.00, Sub.7.03) The individual must meet all of the following nonfinancial eligibility criteria for Medicaid: Social Security number (§ 16.00); Citizenship or immigration status (§ 17.00) 1; Residency (§ 21.00) 2; Living arrangements (§ 20.00); and Assignment of rights and cooperation requirements (§ 18.00) 3.
