An individual is eligible for federal and/or state CSR if the individual: Meets the requirements for eligibility for enrollment in a QHP, as specified in § 11.00; Meets the requirements for APTC, as specified § 12.00; and Is expected to have household income, as defined in § 28.05(c), that does not exceed 300 percent of the 59 45 CFR § 155.305(f)(3). 60 45 CFR § 155.305(f)(4). 61 45 CFR § 155.305(g). Eligibility Standards Part 2 – Page 29 (Sec.13.00, Sub.13.02) FPL for the benefit year for which coverage is requested. An individual who is not an Indian may receive CSR only if they are enrolled in a silver-level QHP.
