2500.3 Combined Benefit

An issuance of benefits for both the initial month and the following month at the same time. Issue combined benefits when the: date of application is after the 15th of the month, and the initial month’s prorated benefits are approved after the adverse action deadline in the month of application, and the household is eligible to receive benefits the following month.
