2500.11.4 Pay a Claim

Households can pay a 3SVT claim using benefits from their 3SVT account. Households can use their: active, expunged benefits

The household must provide written or verbal permission to repay a claim using their 3SVT active benefits.

The initial month’s benefits must not be reduced to offset a claim, unless the household agrees to the reduction.
