2500.10 Cash Out

Households in which all members are 65 years of age or older and/or receive SSI are eligible for Cash Out 3SVT benefits.

Cash Out benefits are issued to eligible households through direct deposit into their checking or savings account, or by a check. Households without a bank account receive their benefits through an EBT card.

Authorize issuance of a check for cash out households; eligible for expedited service for the first month of eligibility, or when the initial month’s issuance can’t be issued by computer to meet application processing timeframes .
