2300.2.10 Reporting Through Other Programs

Changes reported for other programs are reported for 3SVT, including when reported using the ESD 200. Other programs include, but are not limited to: Reach Up Reach First Reach Ahead Green Mountain Care (Medicaid) Dr. Dynasaur, only if it is determined in ACCESS

Act on any changes reported through other programs.

Note : 3SVT benefits cannot be ended solely due to the other program’s benefits ending. 3SVT continued eligibility must be determined based 3SVT eligibility requirements.

Notify the household and VDOL of any changes in work registration or time limited status resulting from the other program’s reported change.

Certification periods terminated based on a reported change end the month following the determination. Send an ESD 220 advising the household their case is closing and that they may reapply.

Send an ESD 220 to the household stating what actions were taken on their 3SVT case because of changes reported by other programs.
