2200.3 Reduced Reporting Requirements

Households are not required to report any other changes that may occur at the same time.
Households must report these changes within ten days of the date the change occurred. Note : Most households will not know if either of these changes has occurred until the end of the month. This means, if they have reported by the tenth day of the month following the month of the change, they have reported timely.
Changes may be reported: In writing, By telephone, or In-person
Unscheduled reporting of changes can be done at any time but is not required. See Change Processing .
Households may also report these changes using form ESD 200, Change Report , which is provided to report changes for other programs, such as: Reach Up , Fuel Assistance, PSE Green Mountain Health Care Plans (Medicaid).
