2100.1.7 Treatment Center Information Requirements

The treatment center must provide DCF with a monthly list of currently participating residents, including a statement signed by a responsible center official attesting to the validity of the list.

DCF conducts periodic, random on-site visits to the center to assure the accuracy of the list and that DCF's records are consistent and up to date.
