2100.9.3 Processing

Households with striking members are not eligible for 3SVT unless the household: was eligible for benefits the day before the strike began, and are eligible for benefits when they apply.

Striker households receive the same service and processing standards and must meet the same eligibility requirements as other households, with the following exceptions listed throughout this section.
