2100.7.6 Hearings
Hearing requests from migrant or seasonal farmworker households must be processed faster than normal hearing decisions when the household plans to move from the jurisdiction of the hearing official.
Process the hearing request to ensure the household receives a decision, and has benefits restored if applicable, before the household leaves the area. See Fair Hearings .
