2100.7.2 Applying

The migrant or seasonal farmworker may apply for 3SVT for their household or choose an authorized representative.

In the event the migrant or seasonal farmworker’s employer acts as the AR , ensure the: household freely requested the employer to act as their authorized representative, employer correctly represents the household’s circumstances, household receives the correct amount of benefits, and authorized representative properly uses the benefits for the household.
