2100.4.1 Summary

Fleeing felons are people trying to escape or avoid custody for a crime, or attempted crime, classified as a felony (or high misdemeanor in New Jersey) under a Federal or State law.

Probation or parole violators are people who have violated a condition of their probation or parole ordered under a Federal or State law.

Only people verified through law enforcement as fleeing felons or probation or parole violators are disqualified members for 3SVT. See Disqualified Members .
