Do not apply this policy when: Information regarding the other program’s penalty cannot be obtained. CATN the actions taken to try to obtain the information. The household/person did not comply with a requirement at application for the other program. The household/person is subject to a disqualification/penalty in both the 3SVT program and RU or RF, apply the 3SVT disqualification first. Example : The RU and 3SVT participant refuses to accept a job offer. This is also a 3SVT work requirement. Apply the 3SVT disqualification first. If the 3SVT disqualification ends for any reason, and the penalty is still being applied in the RU program, the full RU amount is budgeted. See Budgeting below.
