1900.8.2 Interviews

Interviews are not required unless: Eligibility results in a denial; Information supplied by the household is questionable, incomplete, or contradictory; or Household requests an interview.

The Oral Explanation of the work requirements is provided to households that include individuals subject to the general and time limited benefits work requirements. One collateral call to the household is required and must be documented in CATN.
