1800.4.4 No Change of Month

Income received monthly or semi-monthly is counted for the month it was intended when the income is received in a different month because of mailing cycles, holidays, or weekends.

Example : Income is paid on the 1st of the month except when the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, then it is received on the previous workday. Count the income as received on the 1st day of the month.
