1700.2.4.3 Unscheduled Changes

If a new payment is reported and verification is not submitted by the requested due date, process without the deduction.

If a change in payment is reported and benefits will: Increase, verify the new amount, if verification is not provided do not make a change; use the previously verified amount. Decrease, process the change and verify at recertification.
