1700.6.2.4 Property Insurance

Allow the cost of insurance on the structure itself, such as fire, flood and liability insurance, if the policy separates the costs of the structure from the contents. If the insurance policy does not separate these costs, allow the entire amount.

Allow service charges such as an added fee for monthly billing but do not allow late payment charges.

Do not allow renters insurance.
