1700.3.5.3 Unscheduled Changes

If a new expense is reported and verification is not submitted by the requested due date, process without the deduction.

If a change in expense is reported and benefits will: Increase - if verification is not provided by the requested due date, do not make a change; use the previously verified amount. Decrease - process the change and verify at recertification.
