1700.3.3 Expense Not Allowed

Do not allow a child care expense: If the expense is for elementary, middle or high school; If another parent or guardian is in the household and able to provide the care; If another household member provides the care; If the care is paid for by some in-kind benefit, such as food; or For the portion of expense covered by an excluded reimbursement or vendor payment, such as Child Care Services. Note : This includes any portion covered by excluded educational income.
