1600.2.87 Spousal Allocation

Count as unearned income for a person when: their spouse is a LTC recipient, the spouse is not a member of the 3SVT household, and spousal allocation is required in the LTC budget.

Exclude spousal allocation when the spouse is in the 3SVT household.
