1600.2.2 Adoption Subsidy

Adoption subsidies are payments made to adoptive parents. These payments come from federal funds and are based on need. The Adoption Assistance Agreement shows the subsidy. There is a separate agreement for each child. The agreement may be amended from time-to-time.
