Do not count resources of the following people: Boarders, unless included in the household Ineligible students Residents of commercial boarding houses Roomers Live-in attendants SSI/Senior Cash Out recipients Residents of institutions Strikers Other people living with the household who: are not mandatory household members , and do not purchase and prepare meals with the household.
