Resources the household cannot access, such as, but not limited to: Security deposits Crowdfunding accounts Prepaid irrevocable burial trust Prepaid irrevocable funeral contract Certain vehicles (See Vehicles) Property in probate Unpaid portion of loans owed to a household member Certain trust funds (See Trust Funds) Resources discovered by the agency but unknown to the household Real property the household is making a good effort to sell Certain jointly owned resources (See Jointly Owned Resources) Resources with a lien prohibiting the household from selling Resources with an Equity Value of $1,500 or less Exception: Does not include: Stocks, Bonds, or Negotiable financial instruments.
