1500.1 Determining Resource Eligibility

Use countable resources at the time the household is interviewed to determine eligibility.

Households that are SCE or ECE are resource eligible.

Exclude resources of any household member if that member receives any of the following: SSI /AABD PSE Vermont EITC Reach Ahead Reach First Reach Up TANF-funded referral services

Note : TANF-funded referral services benefit the entire household. This includes ineligible and disqualified members who made the household ineligible for SCE or ECE.
