1400.6.3 Eligible for Zero Benefits
SCE and ECE households of three or more receive benefits based on the monthly benefit tables . Suspend benefits if the household is SCE or ECE and eligible for a zero benefit. Do not deny the household. Notify the household their benefits are suspended, but they must continue to follow these requirements: Report changes, Complete recertification requirements.
As long as the household follows these requirements the household remains SCE or ECE until the household’s situation changes allowing the household to receive benefits, or case closure. See Suspended Benefits .
