1300.2 Time Limited Customer

A customer is time limited if they: Are at least age 18 and under age 65; Have no child under 14 in their 3SVT household; and Are able to work, which means the customer: Is satisfying the time limited benefits work requirement ; or Does not have any exemptions from the time limited benefits work requirements or general work requirements; This includes customers who were working/self-employed and lost the general work requirement exemption because: Their work hours fall below 20 hours per week/80 hours per month; Their earnings fall below $935.25 per month; and They have no other general work requirement exemptions.

A time limited customer is limited to receiving three countable months of benefits within a three-year (36-month) period, unless they: Are exempt from time limits; Satisfy the time limited benefit work requirements ; or Qualify for the cure .
