I. Policy:

The policy authorizes that soy based milk be substituted for milk for Women and children.

For Food Packages III, IV, V,VI,VII, 1 quart of milk will replace 1 quart of soy based milk and 1 gallon of milk will be replaced with 4 quarts of soy based milk or two ½ gallons of soy based milk.
