I. Policy:

Participants may only buy the foods listed on the Virginia WIC Approved Food List.

II. Procedure(s):

A. The Approved Food list is revised periodically.

1) Always use the Approved Food List-English & Spanish with the most current effective date. No other food list shall be used.

2) Contact the State WIC Office for information regarding the Approved Food List.
