I. Policy:

The local agency shall schedule participants for subsequent certifications within thirty (30) days prior to the end of their current certification period.

II. Procedure(s):

A. Verbally inform the participant, parent / legal guardian, caretaker or proxy that if the participant fails to show for her / his subsequent certification, s/he may be terminated from the WIC Program.

B. Subsequent certifications shall be conducted in accordance with CRT 01.1.
