I. Policy:

100% cotton breast pads shall be offered to participants who experience milk leakage.

II. Procedure(s):

A. Offer 100% cotton breast pads to participants who experience milk leakage.

B. Instruct participants on use of breast pads and to change pads often when leaking occurs.

C. Breast pads shall not be reused due to cross-contamination.
