1000.15 PROGRAM COMPONENTS – LOCALLY DEVELOPED ACTIVITIES Other locally developed activities are activities developed or used by a local agency to increase a client’s employability, but which do not meet the definition of a core or non-core activity, or of post-secondary education. Assignments to other locally developed activities are not used in the calculation of the participation rate.
