LOGIN PROCESS

The following information is needed to log on to the EBT system EPPIC:

USER ID - User Id is the assigned logon ID (lower case only) PASSWORD - Initial password will be communicated to the worker by the local security office. The worker will be prompted to change the password to a strong password at the first login.  STRONG PASSWORD GUIDELINES Passwords must be eight to ten characters long. They must have at least one upper- and lower-case letters and must be alphanumeric. Passwords are case sensitive. Punctuation symbols are not allowed (e.g., ?, %, @) Passwords must be changed every 30 days.

1. Enter the User ID in the User ID field. 2. Enter the Password in the Password field. 3. Click Login or hit Enter. The EPPIC Main Menu displays.
