Dear Owner/Administrator: There will be an increase in the Auxiliary Grant rate effective January 1, 2026. The Auxiliary Grant rate will increase by $27 dollars from $2,103 to $2,130. This includes the COLA increase of $27 from Social Security. Rates in Planning District 8 (Northern VA) will increase from $2,418 to $2,450 due to the 15 percent differential.
