Additional Considerations:

When Refugee Cash Assistance closes due to time limits, the case must be reviewed to determine possible eligibility for Family Employment Program (FEP), Family Employment Program – Two-Parent (FEP-TP), or General Assistance.

A notice of closure must be sent when RCA closes due to time limits. The notice to the recipient must indicate the termination of Refugee Cash Assistance. Another notice will be sent if a different cash program is approved.
