Policy Effective: September 1, 2009
A household may not be on the Family Employment Program - Two-Parent (FEP-TP) program for more than seven months in any 13-month period.
Payment for part of a month counts as a whole month.
The 13 month period rolls and changes with each month. Eligibility for FEP-TP must be applied for and evaluated on a continual basis.
Count the months a FEP-TP payment is made toward the 36-month Family Employment Program (FEP) time limit. These are the only months that count toward all time limits.
Refugees who reach the 8 month Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) time limit may be eligible for FEP or FEP-TP under FEP rules and time limits.
