Additional SNAP Considerations

If someone was convicted of Federal aggravated sexual abuse, murder, sexual exploitation and abuse of children, sexual assault, or similar State laws after February 7, 2014, we must confirm that they are in compliance with their sentencing or parole and confirm they are not a fleeing felon. If they are not in compliance, they are not eligible for SNAP.
