T he people listed below are non-household members for Financial even though they may live in the household.

SSI recipients.

See policy 425-11 for counting the income of an SSI spouse for General Assistance.

Children receiving Subsidized Adoption Assistance.

For children receiving subsidized adoption payments, see policy 221-2 .

Children receiving Foster Care payments.

Children who are older than 18 and fail the school attendance rule.

Individuals whose living arrangement type is “At Home” and absence reason of “Incarcerated”.

Specified Relative(s) who do not want to be included in the Financial assistance.
