Policy Effective: April 1, 2004
Child Care household members receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) are part of the ESCC filing unit.
Parents receiving SSI who are employed and have a need for Child Care will be considered for ESCC, even if the children in the household are receiving Family Employment Program (FEP) assistance.
If a child in the household is receiving SSI, ESCC will be considered if the parent is not receiving FEP assistance. FEP Child Care will be considered if the parent is receiving FEP assistance.
