All Programs

To be eligible for the financial assistance programs, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Child Care, a customer must either be a U.S. citizen or meet specific non-citizen status requirements of those programs. The specific non-citizen requirements may vary depending on the program.

One adult in the household must certify that all household members who receive assistance are citizens of the U.S. or have been granted legal immigration status by the U.S. This may be done by signing the appropriate page of the application form.
