For sleep time, the following apply:

Hours of need cannot exceed actual work hours.

If a two parent household, the other parent has to be participating in an approved activity during the morning hours that sleep time is requested.

Child Care has to be done outside of the home during sleep time.

Child Care cannot be approved for a child on those days that they are in school full-time.

When using an FFN approved provider, sleep time in the home of the child can only be approved for a special needs child.
