Upfront Combined Issuance

When the household applies after the 15th of the month and is eligible for Upfront Child Care, benefits will be issued for both the application and following month.

If the verifications are not received by the last day of the issuance month, benefits will be prorated for the ongoing month from the date all verifications are received.

If the customer is ineligible in the month of application, but eligible in the second month, Upfront Child Care can be approved. The issuance will be available for the customer on the first day of the second month.

The first month of the eligibility lock-in period, is the first full month of income and/or benefits after ongoing approval.
