Application for Other Possible Benefits

All applicants and recipients of any Financial assistance program must apply for other Financial benefits or other Financial assistance they may be eligible for (or increases in such benefits) if there is any possibility of entitlement.

For applicants, such steps must begin before the application is approved. For ongoing cases, such steps must be taken before any more assistance is issued, provided advance notice can be given. If such steps are not taken or if the customer does not follow through with the process, close or deny the case.
